We proudly market and distribute our innovative electronic learning toys under the VTech and LeapFrog brands across Australia and New Zealand. Our customers include major retailers such as Big W, Kmart, Target, Myer, Amazon and more.

Are you ready to make playtime your business? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, hands-on Brand Manager to join our passionate team in South Melbourne.

Reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll take the reins on exciting brand-building projects, working across both digital and traditional channels. This is your chance to bring joy to children and families through impactful marketing campaigns — all while working in a creative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Campaign Management

·        Contribute to engaging brand campaigns and storytelling that inspires children and parents

·        Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and lead post-campaign reviews

·        Clearly articulate and report on the status of marketing campaigns and brand performance

·        Collaborate with internal teams (Graphic Design, Sales, Operations) and external partners

Media, Advertising & PR

·        Brief and liaise with our media planning and production agencies

·        Localise TV ads and coordinate advertising activities

·        Manage PR activities and maintain a strong relationship with our PR agency

Digital Marketing & Content

·        Manage and grow our social media channels with fresh and engaging content

·        Manage the VTech website andupdate our product pages on retailer websites, including writing product page content

Trade Marketing

·        Prepare impactful product and range presentations for retailer previews

·        Analyse monthly sell-through data and prepare reports on brand & product performance

·        Create content and manage Amazon product pages, including Amazon A+ content

·        Set up, oversee and analyse Amazon advertising performance

Event Management

·        Lead the coordination and delivery of key industry events such as Toy Fair

Product Development & Localisation

·        Support product development through localisation reviews

·        Proofread & verify packaging and product content

About You

·        4+ years’ experience in Marketing or Communications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

·        Proven success delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns

·        Exceptional attention to detail, copywriting and organisation skills required

·        Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyse and optimise

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Experience in toys or consumer goods is a big plus!
