Golf Day

ATA Toy Trade Golf Day

A fantastic day of golf, connections, and collaboration!

Our Networking Golf Day was a fantastic occasion that united professionals from across the industry for a memorable day on the green. More than just a round of golf, the event offered a valuable chance to connect, share ideas, and strengthen industry ties in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.

The day kicked off with a light lunch in the clubhouse, before teams headed out to their starting holes just before 1pm. Despite a bit of wind, the weather surprised us with warm sunshine — a rare treat for Melbourne at this time of year, where four seasons in one day is the norm.

A total of 47 players across 11 teams took advantage of the opportunity to escape the office and spend quality time with fellow industry members on the course.

As the sun set and the final putts were made, players returned to the clubhouse for a well-deserved BBQ dinner, complemented by a cocktail or two. The day concluded with a presentation ceremony, where Alice Sanderson, Executive Manager of the ATA, announced the winners of the team and individual competitions.

Congratulations go to the following:

Putting Competition
Steve Todorov – Exponet

Nearest the Pin
Nick Opie – Jasnor Team

Ambrose Winning Team – Scoring 58.25

The ATA knows everyone deserves a little love, so we threw in a prize for the team bringing up the rear—because finishing last still means you finished!

With a score of 84, this years’ acknowledgement went to Dave Watson, Tyler Voulanas, Rozenn Wan and Maud Rocher of VTech.

A huge thank-you goes to our sponsors being Caprice/Mambo; VTech; U Games and Spring Valley Golf Club. As well as GEL Logistics who sponsored the first prize.

For those who couldn’t attend, we captured the day for you, which you can view here.
