About the role

Reporting to the Managing Director, this business critical role will own the relationships with Kmart & Target across all categories.  You will develop & execute joint business plans to drive growth & profitability, lead the range review, promotion & pricing process whist also collaborate cross functionally with both local & international stakeholders to achieve business goals. This role requires a category centric approach to sales, where you will confidently utilise insights to provide recommendations to deliver objectives and business development initiatives.

Skills & experience

Success in this role will come from demonstrated National Account Management experience from within the FMCG / Consumer Goods industry, where you will have managed a similar suite of customers within mass retail / grocery. A toy industry background would be advantageous but not essential.  With strong commercial & financial acumen, you will have proven success in customer P&L management, driving robust relationships and being a lead on driving business growth through best practice category & sales methodologies.
